All OSC leagues are first come first serve.  We begin taking registration 1 month prior to the start of each session.  Signing up by the deadline does not guarantee a spot.  Teams playing in current leagues are guaranteed a spot in the next session, if they sign up by the deadline.  We will do everything we can to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee they will all be met.
